A new cohort of students at the Our Lady of Lourdes Mwea Hospital Medical School began supervised practical training across the hospital’s wards and units.
The placements allow students to apply their classroom learning in real clinical settings, working under the guidance of experienced nurses and clinicians.
Practical training is a core component of the school’s curriculum, ensuring that graduates are confident and competent when they enter the workforce.
