Administrative, clinical, support, and training departments
Our Lady of Lourdes Level 5 Mwea Teaching & Referral Hospital is organised into administrative, clinical, support, and training departments — each playing a vital role in delivering our mission of providing excellent, affordable, and accessible healthcare to the Mwea community.
Under the leadership of Hospital CEO Sr. Josephine Ndege, these departments work together to ensure every patient receives compassionate, high-quality care rooted in our Catholic faith-based values.
