A cohort of nurses from the Intensive Care Unit at Our Lady of Lourdes Mwea Hospital completed an advanced critical care training programme.
The five-day programme covered advanced patient monitoring, ventilator management, sepsis protocols, and emergency response procedures. The training was facilitated by visiting critical care specialists.
