The Outpatient Department at Our Lady of Lourdes Mwea Hospital is the busiest point of contact between the hospital and the community.
The department has been expanded and reorganised to reduce waiting times and improve the overall patient experience. Additional consultation rooms and improved patient-flow systems have enhanced the efficiency and organisation of services.
